Sorry for the long silence, life’s been going through some changes lately. I’ll probably have some big news to post soon.
In the meantime, here is a great article on fixing knee pain. I’ve struggled with knee pain for a long time, one of the dangers, I realize now, of beginning a heavy lifting routine without ever hearing of ankle mobility.
I’ve used the drills and stretches in this article to great effect. Sadly, it doesn’t look like I’ll be hitting my christmas goal of that magical 500 lb deadlift. I’ve spent most of November shying away from heavy weights, on account of my old-man knees. Just finished my first deadlift session since October, however. Repped 315 without pain, so cheers to that!
