New Deadlift PR

Managed to pull 425 lbs today! Feeling like I’ve finally recovered from the Mudder, and can start getting some traction towards my strength goals. Looks like the Year of the Bear is off to a great start!

  1. Wow, awesome! I pulled 305 last month but I dropped back down to nothing because I don’t feel like my form is where it needs to be to be lifting that heavy of weight.


    1. Try to focus on mastering your technique, and the weight will feel easier. Here’s a link to a neat Youtube series. Mike O’Hearn has some fantastic tips for improving your powerlifting form. Hope it helps.
