New Record

I wasn’t planning on having a heavy workout today, just a little shoulder work between pre-Mudder runs, but I was in the zone so I decided to go for it. Managed to smash my previous overhead press record by 20 lbs, and on an axle bar! Knees felt good, even under the heavier weight. Feeling the Bear Strength today. Definitely a good start to the Year of Power.
